"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it.
