"Ralph and his team were fantastic! Very warm and welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were unique, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location is fantastic for walking to all areas in the old city. Driving to the hotel was a little tricky given the pedestrian area, but once there, staff parked our car for us and brought it to us when we were ready to leave. Highly recommend!"

"What a lovely little hotel. I had a very friendly greeting by a wonderful woman at the counter; I didn't catch her name, but she was very pleasant. She was very helpful and detailed during the check in. There was also a personalized welcome message when I arrived to my room, and I thought that was a nice touch. It is also conveniently located, so it is easy to get around the city centre."

"The hote is beautiful and has a balcony at the back of the hotel were you can enjoy a drink or food. We enjoyed our room overlooking the street. The rooms are spacious and clean. Recommend parking outside the city as the streets are small and google maps aren’t always correct. When we arrived it was spring festival which added to the atmosphere and liveliness of the city. Great location. "

"The hotel was fantastic! It is conveniently located near Altstadt- we even had a view of the town from our terrace. We ended up parking in the more expensive parking garage, but it was super easy to get to the hotel from there. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were super helpful. They provided great tips for sightseeing and clear instructions for the hotel. Check in was a breeze and i love the ability to enter the room/building with either a keycard or my phone.
