Hi, I’m Dominik.
I’m an all-arounder, a free spirit, and someone who appreciates good design, modern architecture, and thoughtful details. I enjoy trying new things, discovering places with character, and I love being a host.

For me, CIVITA embodies exactly what I value when I travel: a special atmosphere, good design, and feeling right at home.

The Accommodation
Sleep, Netflix, cook—or maybe explore the city?

Modern, freshly renovated, and designed for up to 4 people. CIVITA is your temporary home—with all the features that really matter. Whether you want to explore Nuremberg or have a really great evening right here in our place.

The spacious main room combines the sleeping and living areas with two really comfortable box-spring beds and high-quality linens, a designer dining table for four, and a cosy coffee lounge. The modern and well-designed lighting can be adjusted to suit any mood—bright and clear, warm and cosy, or atmospheric for the evening. Of course, there’s also a portable air conditioner for those hot summer days.

Entertainment is provided by the 86-inch / 217-cm TV with a soundbar. The state-of-the-art open kitchen with a serving hatch is fully equipped—including a dishwasher, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and much more, plus everything you need for cooking. The serving hatch connects the kitchen and living area and is perfect for cooking together, enjoying drinks, and spending long evenings with friends, family, or coworkers.

If you do decide to leave the apartment:
The real Nuremberg awaits just one street away.

All around Schoppershof, you’ll find plenty of food spots, trendy cafés, and small shops. So you’re all set for coffee, breakfast, dinner, or a spontaneous “Let’s just go check it out” stroll.
