The staff was very helpful but the hotel was way understaffed. On Saturday night, could not get anyone to serve drinks or provide ice. At other times, the front desk was overloaded during check out time. Parking is overpriced. Room needs a box of Kleenex, and possibly a refrigerator. Pillows are all pretty hard. Location is excellent for shopping and access to airport, freeways and even downtown through the street car service.

I have booked thru Expedia. Once we arrived at the Hotel, we have been told that we are not going to have 3 adults in one room, since this is against the policy. I have not clue what is the policy and can care less. That should be discussed with Expedia and not the customer, that has nothing to do with that.

We've asked for daily cleaning upfront. They didnt clean on the third day, and did not change dirty sheets nor put towels for two on the fourth day. I arrived at 2am and had to use a hand towel. Breakfast was absolutly similar along all days. Lastly we had a silverfish running over our bed. Unfortunately, I cant say this is a good value hotel.
