Staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet even though my room faced the train station. Didn't hear a single thing overnight. The location can't be beat and I would stay here again.

Check out was 12 and they wouldn’t hold our bags until 12:30 thus we were not able to visit the castle. They should not advertise they will hold bags if not willing. The room was great. The bar on the top floor had good drinks but service was very slow.

The rooms are TINY. I could not even push my back through the room. Very very claustrophobic. The bed and pillows are comfortable. They pushed back on holding out luggage. I had to talk to the managers supervisor. I would not stay there again.
