I’m a loyal Ibis customer with repeated stays in Vienna, Lausanne, London, and long stays in Singapore, and Tokyo.
My perception is that this property has a rating higher than it should be simply because the property is due for a refresh.
It was clean, the staff were very friendly, which is a something extremely important for any business traveler. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with the staff and how they calmly and very efficiently dealt with a computer failure that impacted the electronic door keys - Kudos to the staff for minimizing the inconvenience for everyone!
My frame of reference for a top notch Ibis is their Wien Hauptbahnhof property, followed by Singapore and Lausanne.
With a refresh I’d give this property an even higher rating.
