Check in is super-easy (but contact them in advance as the reservation says) and quick. The hotel is fairly small, but the rooms are excellent, especially for the price. The staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel close to the airport, U Bahn, and shopping in a quiet neighborhood. Small, but comfortable rooms.

We booked a wheelchair-accessible room but the bathroom only had bars in the shower, not near the toilet. Additionally the shower chair provided was not a shower chair, but a very small stool that made taking a shower an unsafe experience for people with limited mobility. Parking around the hotel is severely limited and finding a parking spot was always difficult. The hotel is also close to the Nuremberg airport which means that it's very noisy due to planes taking off and landing. Staff in general was nice, when they were around. The breakfast was good, apart from very weak coffee.

Nice hotel in quiet neighborhood
Nice hotel situated in quiet neighborhood with easy parking in front of hotel. About 5 mins drive to old town. One of the best Christmas markets in Germany, must go during December time.

Very friendly staff, clean room, close to U-bahn.
Stayed here for 1 night on our way from Italy to the Netherlands. Very friendly service at front desk and breakfast restaurant. Room was a bit dated in decoration (80s?), but otherwise clean and complete. Bed was OK for one night, but bed/mattress could use an update. Parking is free outside the hotel (street), but we opted to park in garage below hotel for €4 per night. Breakfast restaurant is comfortable, coffee is decent (beans ground per cup), good selection of bread, cereal and hot items such as scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Good value for just €5. Close to subway if you want to get some dinner in town

Be sure to get Breakfast. Well worth the price.
The hotel was clean and adequate (twin beds but comfortable). We unfortunately were in the area during a local festival which meant there was loud music until about 23h at night. The hotel did warn us of this and it wasn't too annoying, but would have been a nice, quiet stay without it. I can't say enough good things about the breakfast. For 5 euro I was expecting an average continental breakfast, but as well as all the normal cold cuts, cheese and yogurt there was also scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage at least 5 different kinds of bread and multiple pastries. You could also request a pot of coffee (about 3 cups) or serve yourself from the hot beverage dispenser. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had in Europe.

Very rude staff
An old lady was at reception. She was extremely rude and looked very annoyed if you asked her a question. Rooms where cold and there is a was a light outside the room that was shining into the room the whole night. The little curtains did not help for anything.

The hotel is not a MUST
It was clean and quiet. But Internet speed was very low. It was not like the other hotels I went before in terms of facilities. The place was far away from city center, but underground station is close (5 min walk). Totally I would not recommend this hotel unless you would not have any choice.

The hotel has many rooms, but parking for only 3 or 4 vehicles. I had to park where I felt was not a good place to be parking my rental car. The hotel staff did not speak much English and seemed very put out by my concern about where they told me to park my car. Of course for 4 euros I could park in a nearby parking garage. The price, high compared to what I paid elsewhere, did not even include a bottled water. There was a basket on the desk that contained items to buy. They looked dusty and I was not interested in any.

Small Room, but all I needed for a night's rest
My room was small, but very very clean! The staff was very friendly. If you are travelling to or from the airport you will need to take a taxi. The taxi fare for me was 11.80 euros.

Overall great experience.
Room was very large. TV was great--40" flat screen unlike some of the 19" you get elsewhere in Germany. Staff was great. Went out of their way to help. Very personable. Fair/carnival was going on across the street and the kids loved going to it. All kinds of food and rides. Hotel immediately emailed us about it as soon as we booked in case we we didn't want to be located near it. Super easy access to the city center by U-bahn about 5-minutes walk away. Parking was 15 euros extra per night, breakfast was an additional 5 euros per person per night. Overall a very positive experience.

Adequate, but no bargain.
The room was decent, quiet, and clean, but by no means luxurious. The hotel is on a back street in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood. There is a funky restaurant next door that serves adequate meals. The hotel breakfast was good. But I paid a 5-star price for a 3-star hotel.

arrived early but could park while we had a walk around the neighbourhood and checked in as soon as room was ready, clean friendly and a ground floor room made avalible for my husband who has walking difficulties. downside no bar so went out for a drink though minibar in room, and only a breakfast room no other food avalible, again you had to go out to eat

Was very convenient to airport. Didn't get to use breakfast because we had to checkout early but I am sure it was good. Only issue German buildings are too hot even when you open windows and turn the heat off. Would stay again.

Fijn en rustig hotel. Makkelijke check-in met een sleutelkastje. Prima ontbijt in de ochtend, groen parkje voor het hotel. Fijn dat onze honden tegen een kleine bijbetaling gewoon welkom waren. Hotel ligt vlak bij het vliegveld. Incidenteel hoor je een laag vliegend vliegtuig maar wij hebben daar geen last van gehad.

L'Hotel Apha + una struttura ben consevata anche se un po' datata. Si trova non lontana dall'aeroporto ed è raggiungile con la fermata della meropolitana di Zielgelstein

Väldigt prisvärt! Stort rum. Rent och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Trots att det stod att receptionen stängde kl 14.00 och man behövde få en kod för att öppna ett nyckelskåp, så var det bemannat när vi kom 19.00.

Room ok, challenges with the shower
Toilet and shower, water leaked and could hear the drops from the shower. Also you could not fix the water temperature and it changed always to cold and hot and you were always forced to rearrange the temperature or to be fast to put the water away from you to not get burned.
