In all it is a reasonable place to stay if your on the road or have a few things to attend to in the area. The fact that there is a free coffee machine in the lobby makes all the difference and keeps one caffienated during operations. The young man at the front desk sporting an afro hair do was one of the nicest hotel employees I have met in months. A warm smile and friendly chat are a very pleasant addition to a mans stay.

Very quiet! Elevator was tricky to operate. No clear indication of where you are supposed to touch. Even the front desk staff had difficulty calling it. Clean hotel, lots of towels, free water, free coffee. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

Nuremberg Christmas Market Visit

The Hotel is really close to the metro station and close old town. The rooms were pretty large for a European standard and really comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice with a lot of options. The Staff were great during the check in/out process and provided suggestions of activities in town (other than the Christmas Markets). The have a laundry facility in the basement with irons and ironing boards, which was nice when you want to freshen up your clothes after a couple of days traveling.

Staff was very friendly at all times. Getting help with anything was simple. I was very forgetful with my roomkey more times than I'd like to admit and no one was bothered. Hanna working the night shift most nights while I was there was exceptional and I appreciated her saving my hat. My experience was so good I will most likely be returning next year to this same hotel. Thank you so much again!

I recommend it!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, guys from the reception, the guy from the Night Shift ( check in) and from day shift ( check out) ! Breakfast is delicious, fresh and full of option! Parking was 7,00 euro overnight ! Air conditioning, tea and coffee, they even gave me a free bottler of water after check out when I came back to collect the car ! 3 free bottle of water in the room … I had a nice stay in the hotel and would go back ! :)
