Apartment with charm

The building, which contains three apartments, underwent extensive renovation and restoration in 2024.
The first-floor apartment features a stylish design and a great attention to detail. The hand-selected designer furniture with an antique look lends the rooms a very special nostalgic charm.
This apartment features two stylishly furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and, with its large window wall that lets in plenty of light, invites you to relax. The view of the greenery creates a pleasant atmosphere. A comfortable double bed (200x180 cm) accommodates two people.
The second bedroom is slightly smaller but just as cosy and tastefully furnished. It features a 140-cm-wide bed and is ideal for one or two people.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
The modern bathroom provides additional comfort. Towels, soap, and shower gel are, of course, provided. One floor below is a private fitness room for the exclusive use of guests. This area includes a modern shower and a separate bathroom.
The apartment also features a shared dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, where everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. A refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are available.
From the dining room and kitchen, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Breakfast is not provided.
A cot and a high chair are available upon request.
Use of the garden and the grill is also possible by arrangement.

My name is Klaus, and I look forward to welcoming you to my place. Since I travel a lot for work, I’m happy to make my apartment available to guests while I’m away. If you have any questions or special requests, please feel free to call me anytime.

Where?

The apartment is in a prime location: surrounded by nature yet close to the city centre. It’s perfect for business travellers, visitors to the Nuremberg Trade Fair, and style-conscious holidaymakers.

Although the apartment is in a quiet and green area, you can reach:
- the Nuremberg Trade Fair in just 15 minutes by car,
- the main train station and city centre in 30 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes by car,
- the airport in about 45 minutes by subway. Numerous shopping options, such as Edeka, Aldi, DM, a Sparkasse bank, a pharmacy, and various restaurants (Italian, Thai, Japanese), are just a few minutes’ walk away.
- The Kristall Palm Beach thermal spa is just a 9-minute drive away
- The Playmobil FunPark in Zirndorf is a 15-minute drive away.
- In just three minutes, you can reach the Wiesengrund, ideal for joggers and walkers.
