Arrived late and were greeted by staff who even made us a meal despite the late hour. Room was tired, scuffy with stained cushions. Pillows had dried blood and mold stains so needed changing immediately, which was done. Ours was meant to be Delux Garden View, we had a corridor view through front window and a brick wall view through seriously cement stained back window so we didn't open curtains during our time there. The hot water either scalding or freezing, nothing in-between. The WiFi was off and on throughout for substantial periods with power cuts almost daily. We did the best we could for a few days before deciding to rescue our holiday by moving on elsewhere. We were glad to leave what we thought was a property functioning to make money without recourse to updating or focusing on customer service or customer experience.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Manager nicht! Wir hatten über Expedia zwei Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Bei Ankunft war eines anderweitig vermietet. Angeboten wurde nur ein günstigeres Einzelzimmer; beide Zimmer waren erst ab der 2. Nacht verfügbar. Andere Gäste mussten für Zimmerwechsel um 10 Uhr auschecken und bis 15 Uhr warten. Zahlreiche Mängel: Klimaanlage beim Check-in über 4 Stunden defekt, danach wiederholt stundenlange Stromausfälle; der laute Generator versorgte die AC nicht. Safes unbenutzbar, sehr harte Betten, Dusche stets mit starkem Metallgeruch. Mückenschutz völlig unzureichend (Löcher, Türspalten), ständig Insektenstiche und wiederholt Kakerlaken. Bei Starkregen lief Wasser an den Zimmern entlang, daneben offene Sicherungskästen. Ein Feuerlöscher war nicht geprüft. WLAN oft nur ca. 450 kbit/s. Katastrophale Zufahrt: Unser Mietwagen setzte mehrfach auf. Extrem laute/betrunkene Gäste bis tief in die Nacht bzw. morgens mit Handy-Lautsprechern beim Frühstück, ohne erkennbares Einschreiten. Zudem wurde jedem Gast ein externer Tourenanbieter aufgedrängt. Besonders gravierend: Trotz vorheriger Kontaktaufnahme wegen der inkonsistenten Expedia-Abrechnung verlangte der Manager eine nicht gerechtfertigte Expedia-Provision, zusätzlich 5 % auf Zahlungen und nachträglich City Tax. Der Tiefpunkt: „you can't leave property without making payment.“ Wegen strittiger Zahlung wurde ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, wir könnten das Grundstück nicht verlassen.

O pessoal do hotel é maravilhoso, me ajudou em vários temos que eram fora do escopo da minha estadia no hotel. Conseguiram um transporte para o hotel, me conseguiram outro hotel e as meninas que trabalham lá são ótimas. Os quartos são lindos, com decoração africana e muito limpos. O restaurante tem muitas opções de comida, com preços excelentes. A piscina estava muito limpa e boa. Uns 7 minutos andando da praia.
