The space
The condo is recent, we finalized furnishing it on December 2021. The condo is bright and has pool view, it’s a ground level unit easy to access. The swimming pool has ramps and hand rails unfortunately the gym, adults sun deck and the jacuzzi are upstairs on a building without elevator
Guest access
Guests must fill a form pre arrival and check in at the security gate with ID only at their arrival. The unit has a lock box with a code for self check in
Other things to note
Important to consider that electricity is the most expensive utility in the region therefore we can only include 5kw per night of the total consumption. Please be mindful regarding energy consumption with the mini splits, washer and dryer. Stays longer than 28 nights the guest pays for the following utilities: gas, electricity & water.
