Lumpy night.
I guess overall it was okay, room was clean but the mattress was very uncomfortable. It was lumpy and it caved in the middle. As for the breakfast, eggs were cold.will think twice about staying there again.

I like that it was not a tall building. I did not like that the handicap access was limited and the receptionist told us that we need to specify that at the time of making the reservation, but I did not see that option. That was a big issue at this visit.

I was not happy with the property at all. We found bedbugs in the bed in the first room and some other type of insect in the bed of the second room. The sheets and pillow shams were stained and filthy as if ne er washed properly. The cover appeared to have old blood stains as well. We tried to get different rooms which was not possible according to management. We requested a refund and have not received it. We stayed up all night on the first night because we did not feel safe sleeping in dirty bedbug infested beds. We partially took turns sleeping in two office chairs and ultimately spent all of Saturday looking for a different hotel.

Estancia buena un par de dias
La estancia bien, el personal amable, la habitacion comoda. La alberca estaba en mantenimiento, pero esto habla bien del hotel y dio la casualidad. Como recomendacion; siento que le falta un plus al desayuno, atencion al centro de negocio y una fumigada pues habian demasiados mosquitos.

The room was nice and clean the shower worked really well. I did not use the pool while there. The restaurant was good and the waiter was very helpful

The only thing I would suggest is to replace the beds. It was very uncomfortable and they needed to be replaced. I woke up with back problems everyday.
