"Check in sekä kommunikointi haastavaa henkilökunnan kanssa koska eivät puhuneet kunnolla englantia. Olimme tehneet ja maksaneet varauksen hotels.comin kautta, mutta henkilökunta oli veloittamassa meitä uudestaan. Ihan kuin eivät tienneet koko varauksesta mitään. Varasimme 1n huoneen 3 lle aikuiselle, mutta saimme 1 huoneen kahdelle (1 parisänky). Resortin sivulle ja vatausta tehdessä luki että lisävuode saatavilla pyydettäessä, muttei heillä ollut. Tarjosivat lastensänkyä 500b lisämaksusta...

"For en så billig penge hadde jeg relativt lave forventninger, men jeg ble veldig positivt overrasket! Rommet var stort og hyggelig, rent og fint. Ingen inntekter og badet luktet godt. "Place in paradise. Water quality was good for our stay and snorkelling off the beach over the bommies was excellent with so many fish species. If you want to claim deck chairs for the day be up early or they are taken. If your a wine drinker take with your as its even more expensive here than the mainland. Wash the inside of your mask with toothpaste to stop it fogging. Take repellent or coils. Well worth the stay. Def be going back ❤️"

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."
