"Brand new hotel, extremely well prepared, immaculately decorated and equipped. Staff outstandingly courteous and helpful. Location fine, just a five minute walk from old city centre. If I am to be picky, water machine would be better placed mid corridor not at one end and we would prefer 2 chairs in room rather than 2 stools. We would definitely rate it excellent and will stay again"

"The hotel itself was OK, except for not so fresh smell in the room and the bathroom, everything was acceptable. The biggest problem had started in a middle of the night. The textile banner that is attached to the wall by a metal holder and some (loose) bolts generated terrible noise with every gust of wind. The sound was like if someone was sitting behind the wall and scratching it with some kind of sharp tool. I did not manage to sleep a single minute from 4:30 until about 7AM when the wind had...

"The experience was excellent!! If I return to Gdańsk, I would definitely stay there again. The service was outstanding—both receptionists who assisted us were very kind. I loved the room; everything was very clean, and I really appreciated the daily housekeeping service. Everything felt modern, there was good parking, and even a supermarket conveniently nearby!!!!
