The property needs to be revamped. I had seen photos and reviews that don’t match what rooms are like, but an ok option. Good breakfast and nice and professional employees.

Located in a very good location. Front desk lady was rude when asked for advice on getting around. Was constantly on the phone which echoed through the entire stair well into the late hours and then again in the morning around 6am. Extremely loud, but a convenient spot....and dont try ask for directions.:)

Friendly Staff but Not Great
Friendly staff and warm welcome. Room was clean but very dated and in need of uplift. Very limited parking (possibly even just one space). Carpet in hallway on my floor was very old, frayed and dirty. Never reassuring when you get to the room and it looks like someone had tried getting in with a screwdriver. However, it was safe and locked ok to be fair. Breakfast was poor and not much choice.

Great Hotel and great staff, fantastic location
It has been a wonderful stay, I am a student and will be moving out soon, but it is a calm place to be and a walk away from everything, clean, and wonderful staff.

Close to Malpensa
This hotel is convenient if you wish to be close to Malpensa Airport. The hotel has also its own parking under the hotel which is very convenient as it is located in the middle of Novara. Novara itself is not too interesting and there is a lack of restaurants where the hotel is. The staff were very helpful and the price for an overnight stay with breakfast was a bargain.

Stayed for one night in Novara due to it's location near Malpensa. Very basic hotel in a city where there was no much going on even on Friday night. Hote lwas decent and reasonably priced, staff friendly and helpful

Albergo comodo e centrale. Purtroppo la stanza su strada non era bel isolata acusticamente e si sentivano le macchine che passavano. Colazione semplice e con poca scelta. Personale squisito sempre disponibile. Scomodo il sapone liquido in bustina.

Har besökt Novara vid många tillfällen och testade hotellet för första gången i min sökan efter det bästa alternativet. Jag tyckte hotellet efter italienska budgetmått var helt efter förväntan. Hotellet är av äldre stil men det som stack ut var en fantastisk trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger utmärkt nära shopping och restauranggatorna samt den kända katedralen. Lätt att parkera i närheten. Tyckte placeringen var bättre än vid tågstationen som känns lite ruggigare område. Rekommenderas

l'hotel est bien placé en centre ville, il est facile de se garer. La chambre est très grande mais kitch. L'insonorisation n'est pas terrible, on entend la circulation le matin. Le petit déjeuner est correct, l'accueil est agréable.

L'hotel è su tre piani con l'ascensore che arriva solo al secondo piano. La mia camera era al terzo piano, era mansardata e discretamente grande. Il letto era matrimoniale e con un materasso comodo. La camera nel complesso è discreta, datata ma pulita. Il bagno piccolo, datato ma comunque pulito e abbastanza funzionale. Le camere non sono molto insonorizzate tra di loro. La colazione è servita al piano interrato, in un locale piccolo, la varietà è discreta. Nel complesso è un hotel discreto con prezzi adeguati.

Sobrieta' e gentilezza 3 stelle abbondanti.
Tutto in ordine e per quello che non lo era, massima disponibilita' a risolverlo. Acqua calda ballerina ma ci sono venuti incontro... come dicevo, la disponibilita' e' non comune. Bravi.

La chambre a été spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le seul problème a été l'insonorisation de l'extérieur ainsi que l'odeur de cigarette, j'ai due ventiler la pièce en ouvrant la porte et la fenêtre.
