Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment Apartment UB31 One impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A beautiful wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi is also available and can be booked and used privately as well. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

There is a stylish, large, flat outdoor area for you to relax.

The nearest skiing area is 10 minutes away by car (10km), Bolzano is 11km away and Karerpass 9km.

Tolle Unterkunft, herzliche Gastgeber und überragender Service

Pros: Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wenn wir das Feuerholz für den Kamin aufgebraucht hatten, reichte eine WhatsApp und wir bekamen Nachschub. Wirklich super Gastgeber mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang und tollen extra Services, wie beispielsweise frische Brötchen am Morgen direkt vor die Haustür.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sie war sehr sauber und wie in den Bildern gezeigt! Auch Sauna und Pools sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse (Wandern, Besuch in Bozen und Meran) sehr gut. Die Hosts waren super freundlich, gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und teilten gerne ihr lokales Wissen zu Eis, Pizza und Co!
