You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Spacious cottage with fireplace and game room

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room (fireplace with insert + double sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, WC, games room. Upstairs: reading corner on the landing, shower room with WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 people), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Trampoline and ping-pong table, green spaces with a pond (fishing possible), terrace with pergola. Petanque court. Swimming pool 10km away and shops 6km away. You will find yourself in a peaceful, green setting, located 10km from Vendôme and the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from Chambord and some of the Loire Valley châteaux. The International Folklore Festival in Montoire-sur-le-Loir is 25 minutes away, and the Beauval Zoo is 60 km away. The owners, Patricia and Philippe, will be happy to welcome you to their gîte located next to their farm. They produce cereals, green asparagus, walnuts, poultry, and more. A shop selling local products is located on site.
