This open-plan studio includes a compact living area with TV featuring Netflix, a double bed, and a practical kitchenette suitable for light meals. The kitchenette contains 4 sets of dishes and cutlery, a kettle, toaster, hob and multi functional microwave oven.

The private bathroom features a walk in shower, iron, and hairdryer. This well-equipped flat is appropriate for short breaks or business trips, as well as longer stays. Please note that Flora’s Flats has several studios available, making the property ideal for those traveling in groups who also want their own space!

Please note that the street parking directly outside this property has restrictions in the daytime between 9am to 8am, but is unrestricted overnight. There are also paid street parking and car park options located within a short walk.

This property is in the centre of Nottingham near a pub, so some noise should be expected.
