8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"The stairs in the Lodgy part are quite steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. The hotel caters to an active crowd and has a fantastic outdoor area with seasonal entertainment. It also has a locked cage for safe motorcycle parking."

Nice but misleading property
"The property was fine, 8-10 min walk to the gondola. It's a large apartment and a one bedroom with a bed in the living room.Issue is that the property did not correspond at with the listing on the website. The owner does not want to do changes to make it accurate...None of the photos are matching ..."
