Very well located, however be careful when opening the trunk of the taxi to get your luggage (sloped).. the elevator is slow, but very stable.. Breakfast next door is amazing.. wine bar is awesome !!

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. And the pools were very good.

We got off our cruise ship and walked to this hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk, but be aware you will be pulling your suitcases on cobblestone. It's definitely doable, but be aware. We stayed for 4 nights. This hotel exceeded our expectations!. It was very nice and the staff was always helpful! It's in a great location that is fairly flat. You don't even have to walk a block to eat at a different restaurant every night. If I come back to Lisbon, this is where I will stay!

We stayed at this hotel for a week for a family wedding which took place at a nearby venue, with the welcome event for guests taking place at Eurostars hotel. All the staff at this hotel are amazing! From the reception manager Victor right the way through to reception staff, catering staff and cleaning staff. They are all very friendly and helpful and everything we needed or requested was dealt with extreme efficiency. There were a lot of children in our party and even though the hotel doesn’t have specific play areas or facilities especially for kids, the staff were all so helpful and attentive to their needs etc. What really stood out for us was on the day of the wedding, whilst looking after the young page boy and flower girls and in charge of getting them to the wedding venue. The reception team noticed that all the other guests had left for the wedding in their taxis and ours did not arrive. Reception staff Luz and Erica promptly ordered 2 replacement taxis for all of us but unfortunately there was a delay on the second taxi’s arrival and without hesitation Erica told us she would be driving us herself to the wedding venue and promptly went to the car park and collected her own car to get us to the wedding in time. In the meantime the second taxi arrived so Erica didn’t need to take us in the end. Thank you all again so much for everything. We really appreciated your concern and we all made it just in time to the beautiful wedding.
