"Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of five. Tiffany, the property manager, was awesome. She was prompt and professional when replying to our messages and we found her gracious and accommodating throughout our stay. The proximity to Playa Pelada couldn't be better. The pool was lovely and we were delighted by the wildlife sightings in the yard, including howler monkeys in the trees. The AC and fans all worked properly and were most appreciated in such a hot climate. That said, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The dishwasher was broken, as were the blender and the pool net. The shower in the casita came out as a drip. With a few fixes we'd happily stay at this rental again. "

"Pictures did not do the property justice. It is very private with lush jungle vibes. Outdoor shared living space was a highlight for us. Our daughter loved the pool, seeing all the animals coming and going. Unit it self was perfect. Very comfortable beds and has everything you need for cooking. What we were not expecting was having such a wonderful host in Blair. Helpful doesn't do him justice. It is almost like having a guide for your entire stay. Extremely knowledgable about the area and very willing to share all of his tips. "

"Nicely decorated and lovely communal and pool areas. Really good value in Nosara. It is a bit out of town but TukTuks are easy enough and affordable. Unfortunately we were give a room with a severe large ant infestation, we tried to raise it with staff initially and also deal with ourselves, but in the end had to move rooms as it got out of hand (the new room was better, but also still had ants and was very hot…). Staff were lovely and super helpful, our stay was just let down by lack of maintenance on what has the potential to be a great hotel. "
