Great location, house needs a little work

Great location, nice dock and plenty of parking. The property needs a good cleaning outside and some upgrades and repairs inside. The pictures are dated and several of the appliances didn’t work or barely worked. The property manager was quick to respond however there were enough small issues with the property that added up to us giving this property a rating of disappointed, especially for the cost.

Great Lake Access

We loved the property because it gave such great access to the dock and lake. Really cool to have 2 separate areas for multiple groups. House was well stocked with extra linens and kitchen items.

Lake front house

The house itself with accommodations was excellent. The views from every room were beautiful and location among other lakefront homes gave it a secure and friendly feel. Having the private, separate portion to the house was a plus The only negatives were some outdated appliances (dishwasher didn’t work and lights above the sink didn’t work/or we couldn’t find the switch) and need for exterior maintenance (cobwebs, leaves, etc). VRBO app did not provide checkin codes and I had to message the owners, who responded promptly. Those negatives did not hamper our stay in any way and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We previously stayed at the property when it was under a different owner so we were familiar with the home. We came back because the house is perfect for a large crowd, has everything you need and is in a great location for water sports or just relaxing and enjoying the great view. The host was great to work with…answered all our questions and replied quickly. We had a great vacation and I’m sure we’ll be back.
