Great location for spa and casino!

Overall really good
Overall our stay was really good. It felt a little musty at times and although the owner has no control over this, someone was smoking cannabis non stop in a unit near us and the smell of stale smoke often found it’s way into the villa. We have no problem with people doing that. It was just overwhelming!

Centrally located to all southeast CT's things to do
Lovely unit, beautiful location with gorgeous landscaping and easy access to all southeast CT has to offer, from golf to sailing, pumpkin patches and apple orchards, a corn maze, the ocean, and Mystic Seaport. All within half an hour. Of course there is the on location spa. A very quick easy getaway.

We loved our stay at this property. Was just as described. Went to the area for a show at Mohegan Sun Casino. It was very close and in a great location. We hope to visit the area in the future and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the property! Communication was great and the unit was easy to find. We had an issue opening the door initially because the directions were opposite from what we were given, but we figured it out after that. The place is clean, had plenty of stuff to cook a meal and spend a long weekend. The u it is right across from the pool which we loved also. Thanks for a great stay! Can’t wait to return.

Everything was as advertised . The apartment was clean . The instructions for the door lock was backwards. Which caused difficulties in locking when we first left . Once figured out it wasn’t a problem . We will return to the area in December or January and hope we can rent this again.

Great place to stay
The studio apartment is in a nice area. Short drive to the coast and Mohegan Sun Casino, where we attended a concert. The place was clean overall minus a dirty towel with makeup and also the toilet bowl wasn't scrubbed for some time. Great place to stay overall. Would stay here again.

My stay in Norwich was great - the room is clean, spacious for 2 people, and in a very nice development with access to the spa, fitness center, etc. Quick access to Mohegan Sun casino, easy to check-in, no complaints!

Ok, could be better
The property is as stated however there is a moldy smell which caused us to leave early. This could be a 5 star review if that was corrected and owner updated amenities ( is there coffee, Keurig/regular, hair dryer, iron...) and put a guide to the community- map, local restaurants...

Hi Robin: All those amenities you had listed below are included in the listing info . There is a spa located on the property that was available to you to furnish sites to see, as well as my cell phone to call if you had any questions. We have not had any complaints about a “mildew” smell. There is nothing that would suggest mildew anywhere, and we go above requirements to clean the villa. I would have preferred that you had called me upon check in to address these issues. You can see by my reviews that these issues have not come up in the past. Thank you
