Oil central heating included 7.30am-10am, 4pm-9pm daily, October - March, outside these hours £35 per week, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £50.. In a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with extensive views over the surrounding rural countryside and farmland, this delightful cottage enjoys its own small garden, with a sitting-out area close to an old, capped well. It has a spacious twin bedroom and a smaller double bedroom. Peacefully located at the edge of a village, it stands alone on a quiet lane close to the owners’ home, and provides characterful holiday accommodation, perfect for taking advantage of the seaside attractions of Cromer (6 miles). The sea is only 2 miles away – ideal for a spot of fishing. National Trust locations. There are three golf courses within 7 miles. Shop 1 mile, two country pubs/restaurants within 1½ miles.

Lovely relaxing cottage, so peaceful but only a short drive to the beach .

Lovely relaxing cottage, so peaceful but only a short drive to the beach .Bernadette and Darren are always on hand when needed. We have a labrador, and it would have been nice if the garden was secure. Other than that we had everything we needed .Would love to visit again but with out the dog.
