    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: Unfenced lake behind the property.. A walker’s delight, this comfortable property nestles beside a small lake right on the Weavers Way footpath and just 4 miles from glorious beaches on the North Norfolk coast. It sits at the end of a little row, its patio affording the perfect spot in which to relax and enjoy the lakeside views. Bird watching and cycling on quiet country lanes are popular pastimes here, or you can try your luck fishing in our lake (small fish only; the lake is not maintained as a fishing lake). Norwich, with its castle and cathedral are an easy drive. Boat hire and riverside restaurants in Wroxham, 8 miles. Shop 4 miles.

    Please note: There is one flight of fairly steep stairs at the property, as well as one step up to the front and back entrance.
