"This hotel tried to use a lot of fancy IT systems, but most of them doesn’t worked. First, when we check in, the system was down. Second, the parking was so mess up, they don’t own the parking and the parking IT system doesn’t communicate well with the hotel, so many technical difficulties enter and exit, need repeated help from agent. Third, AI is answering the phone, hard to reach human for difficult questions. The drop off location is pretty bad, it is like a tiny alley way….. Hyatt should improve this place."
