"The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. My husband has special needs and they stepped up their attention to him. Even at 3am they helped us which was such a major relief. There was some confusion with our 4th of July add-on but the staff was extremely apologetic. We understand that it was a bit overwhelming with guest for the holiday as well. My only complaint was that our breakfast in-room order was missing an entree. We filled out the form but it seems that they didnt see the total number of entrees correctly. They apologized and offered to bring us the missing entree but we declined just due to our schedule. We were not charged."

"Our room was spacious and clean, nice amenities, we were thrilled that our room had a microwave. We were worried about having noise in our location, but there was really none. I asked for a room clean and it was done quickly. This is the third time we stayed there and we will return!"

Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

"Good location with a shuttle to Disneyland. The shuttle was timely and the Shuttle Drivers were helpful and friendly. Breakfast Buffet was excellent, as was the Waitstaff. Grounds were beautiful, which included a lovely Koi Pond. Everything was great. I would stay there again and recommend this property."

"The hotel lobby smelled fantastic. I was surprised by the daily parking rate as I didn’t see it posted on Expedia (although I’m sure it was in fine print somewhere). The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet seemed lower than a normal toilet. Overall we may stay again if we had a low enough rate for the location and to offset the cost of parking."
