"We were never told that rooms are not serviced daily, and it wasn’t mentioned on the website when booking. We came back to our room very late to find unmade beds and no fresh towels. When speaking to the manager the next day, he was rude telling us we were told at check-in when we were not. We had to request daily room service in order to get beds made and clean towels. COVID was 5 years ago. Time to give customers what they are paying for every day! There is not a lower rate for alternating days."

"Hotel Lulu is my go-to hotel when staying for Disneyland trips! Conveniently located about a half mile from the main gate entrance - so easy to walk and not too far if you need a mid-day rest off your feet. The hotel is always clean. I do love their pre-check in option... you just walk in give your name and ID and they hand you your room keys. I have not used their pool, food or bar area but is always clean and well staffed. I highly recommend Hotel Lulu for the cleanliness, cost and access to parks. Never a need to book anywhere else. Thank you Hotel Lulu!"
