"I would highly recommend this hotel. The shuttle service alone was amazing and made everything worth it. We are not normally shuttle people. We are people who stay on property this time we wanted to try something new. However, I am not someone that likes to walk anymore than I need to so I was looking for hotels that specifically have a shuttle. The staff that drive the shuttles are amazing, have a great customer service, or very timely, we barely ever had to wait for a shuttle. That makes a long park day totally worth it. If we accidentally just missed the shuttle one was immediately coming up after it was so nice. My only complaint is that we stayed in the Garden tower portion of the hotel. We were there during a heat wave. That tower seem to be significantly hotter than the main hotel. We also stayed in one of the last rooms of the garden tower, so the trek was long. I will 100% stay at this hotel again just next time I’ll make sure not to stay in the garden tower."

"A really nice location an excellent hotel. The food was a bit expensive but actually quite good. A very nice pool but unfortunately no Jacuzzi or whirlpool I would give it a 9.3 on a scale of 10 staff was helpful and generally friendly."

"tenemos varios años que llegamos a este motel por su cercanía a Disneylandia y California Adventure, es amplio y limpio, lo que no me agrada es que los moteles cobren el estacionamiento, ya que en esencia es la manera de hospedarse en un motel, las habitaciones se han encarecido y el cobro de estacionamiento es un gasto que se esconde de forma habitual en todos los hoteles y creo que es falta de buen servicio no ofrecer este servicio incluido. Además ya de años retiraron también el desayuno americano."

"Staff were polite. Room … bathroom could use a deep clean. The caulking around tub was moldy, gross. Shampoo/Consitioner/Soap dispenser was broken and on tub floor. For $200++ a night I would expect better. Read small print… parking is $39 a day."
