The staff was friendly and able to check us in a little early. The bed was comfy, the shower had great pressure, there were enough pillows as well. The pool was the perfect temperature and had privacy from the road next to it. The AC worked, the TV had good channels, there were enough outlets and I appreciated they had hair conditioner.
The only downsides honestly were that we were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep above us. They were like line dancing up there I swear. We could also hear their shower running and it sounded like thunder. One of the bottom drawers wouldn't stay closed and you could potentially run into it with your leg. Last but not least is that the area seems sketchy and we wouldnt recommend walking around.

Beautiful & clean property! Kind & polite staff! Excellent rooms! Wonderful walking trails. Very good food at Catalina Cafe & Bashi! Nice gym.
Pools were crowded and noisy. 21 and over pool had extremely loud music Saturday afternoon… we couldn’t hold a conversation. Pool by gym was quiet and relaxing but isn’t included with stay. Apparently it is only for spa treatment clientele… without an accessible beach it may be hard to find a quiet place to swim unless you opt for a spa treatment.

"Staff was awesome. Cleaning staff kept our room very clean during our stay. They quickly provided extra towels. The concierge was super helpful holding our luggage and making sure we got around town. Shuttle from/to airport was so convenient! Highly recommend if you are in town for an event."
