We were looking forward to rest and relax by the rooftop pool the second day of our stay, but there was a huge party that afternoon. (The hotel lets non-hotel guests use their pool. Had we known this, we would have stayed elsewhere.) They started setting up for the event in the morning and it was loud. We could hear it from our room. Definitely not the vibe we were hoping for.
There wasn’t a coffee maker in our hotel room. It took over 30 minutes to get seated and order a coffee from the cafe on the first floor in the morning. Slow service and very expensive.
The hotel is located on a dirty street littered with trash and it smells of urine.
