Amazing Lakefront Apartment

Thank you for looking at our awesome 1 bedroom townhouse style apartment. Imagine spending some time in a waterfront home with lots of land and frontage on the beautiful Harvey Lake. We are offering a fully furnished and newly remodeled duplex in a great, convenient location. Yes, our vacation property comes with a garage for 1 car! We are definitely pet friendly and hope to meet your family pet. You can enjoy the luxury of having boating, swimming and hiking in the warmer seasons and snowmobiling or skiing in the winter months. Your getaway features 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a large yard. The apartments sleeps 4 if you utilize the pullout couch! There is 2.5 acres of land and 500 feet of waterfrontage on the 130 acre Harvey Lake. Of course, we have kayaks, and a standup paddleboard to try if you want a challenge. There is abundant fishing and even a dock for you to fish from or dock your boat. The property is near hiking trails, and a State park. In the winter you can snowmobile on the lake or choose from the trails locally. Of course, skiing is just a short drive too! Being located in a tourist area, you'll always find plenty of restaurants and opportunities for entertainment. We have plenty of breweries and wineries nearby for those who may like to try the local fare. We are located just 20 minutes from Concord or Dover. If Portsmouth or Manchester or the Lakes Region of NH is what you need then the trip is a little over half an hour. If you are interested, please contact us!
