I got a very good value room and was suspicious it might be too good to be true, but it was perfectly pleasant, clean, had a nice working shower and comfortable bed. "Perfect location, shuttle to Heathrow every 30mins. Bus across the road from hotel takes you near Hounslow tube station for the Piccadilly line straight into London centre. Tesco Express less than 10min walk, other shops dotted along road within easy walking distance. Rooms were clean (except few marks on carpet) shower was lovely and hot and good pressure. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Would stay again"

"We had a wonderful room, the lady who checked us in was extremely kind. We enjoyed having the concierge downstairs who took our suitcases and allowed us to roam around London until our room was ready. The restaurants were OK. The service was terrible at the steakhouse, but much better at the sushi restaurant. The location of this hotel was perfect. We were close to Big Bend, the tower of London, right off Westminster Bridge. Absolutely loved this place. You do need to make a reservation to use the pool, which is understandable but not very customary where we're from but easy enough to do. The little sauna is great, and we loved the new gym. The spa was closed while we were there, but hopefully it will be open the next time we visit, maybe in a year. Our room was very clean, almost surprisingly so. We were very grateful everything worked, as far as water, faucets, and lights (we've had problems everywhere we've travelled and thankfully there weren't any issues here. We loved the liveliness of the lobby w a zillion conference attendees. There were also a convenient amount of elevators so we never had to wait very long for one. We can't recommend this hotel enough. We were so grateful to find you guys. Thanks so much for having us. P.s. The view from the sushi restaurant was wonderful. 🇬🇧"
