"Helpful staff"

"Room was filthy, not as advertised at all. If you like cigarette butts all over this place is for you. The restaurant is useless. We thought we would order something and take it to the room. No menus anywhere. My husband went to the restaurant to see if he could get a menu to take back to the room, they said the front desk should have one."

"Nice place to stay"

"We stayed in a pet friendly room, which had no carpet. We noticed the underside of the bed was not cleaned, full of dirt and hair; how hard is it to vacuum under the bed? The heating/cooling unit was full of large dust bunnies…and so was the fan in the bathroom ceiling. The room had obviously been renovated and updated but the cleaning staff isn’t doing a good job. The bed was comfortable and bed sheets were clean. Being able to park our vehicle by the room patio door and access the room directly was great. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment."

"Potholes in parking lot. First room smelled like cigarette smoke, second room the toilet was broken third room ok but holes in carpet and drapes. Breakfast was nice."

"Staff were friendly but not helpful with issues or providing information. The hotel was clean and the room was large, however the shower was broken with no hot water or pressure. Front desk person did nothing about it after we requested a new room. Free breakfast was ok and basic. Good stay if you have to spend a night but would like to see the hotel at its full potential. Staff and upkeep need to be addressed by “on site” management."

"They don’t have a hot tub but the pool was warm and the sauna was great"

"Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the first morning was a little disappointing but the second morning it was much better. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. "
