"Barry (the shuttle driver) was waiting for us right when we got off the plane and took us to the resort, dropping us off at the front desk to check in and then taking us right to our condo. We had a nice evening at the restaurant that overlooked a pond and a golf course, saw many deer, and then went to the health club to use the outdoor spa, with a nice fire for ambience. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Our expectations were exceeded by far. We would love to stay again. "

They may check in super easy and made sure to clean our room first thing in the morning so we could get checked in. We were so beyond grateful for the customer service we received. "It had been years since we had stayed there last. Upgrades were very noticeable and much appreciated. We had a small problem with T.V. reception but the front desk guy fixed immediately. We didn't eat breakfast until the very end of the serving time and there was little left. But that was on us: hard to blame the facility. We will likely stay there the next time thru Kalispell."

"The lodge was clean and spacious. The room was quiet and I couldn’t hear outside noises. The air conditioning works great and cools down a large space quickly. My recommendations would be for the room to have a second box of tissue and the kitchenette could have had a hand towel, a few plates and some napkins. It would have been nice to have a few water bottles in the fridge to be charged to the room if used. "
