"We did not stay in the room. The hallways were very dimly lit. Our room faced the highway which was loud and clear as soon as we opened the door. The parking lot had a warning sign about leaving belongings in the car and being 2 female travelers, we did not feel safe. We did not stay the night. "

"This hotel is not in great shape. I reserved three rooms but they were not together as we thought they would be. The beds were very uncomfortable. The game room had several broken machines and many could not be used. The hotel does not providefree parking. The staff in the evening were not very accomodating or welcoming upon arrival. They close the game room at 10 and push everyone out regardless of activities you are engaged in. Overall the experience was not the family experience we had worked hard to create. "

One of the TP rolls left empty on the holder. Toilet seat had streaks of brown with obvious filth around the back of the seat where the hinges are. My husband stayed here years ago and it was an outstanding property at that time. With the Hilton name behind it Iexpected a much better quality of care and attention to detail. "
