"It was excellent until after I checked out and had to wait a couple hours until my taxi arrived to go to my next destination. The doorman who handled luggage was rude and had me sit in a “different” reception room which was extremely awkward and uncomfortable"

My room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. Another massive plus was the convenient and secure car parking, which made traveling with a vehicle completely hassle-free.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Every team member was remarkably warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. "The stay was excellent! Staff were very helpful, letting us store luggage there before and after our stay and calling us a taxi when we needed it at the end of our stay. The generous 12 noon check-out time was great. The room was very clean and all new. The temperature was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and allowed for great sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia - the location was perfect."
