"Amazing location and the keyless entry was useful. Enjoyed having a sink and mini fridge in the room. The rooms themselves had beds that were not the most comfortable and the dark color scheme of the rooms along with underpowered lights mean at night even with all the lights on it's still crazy dark. Definitely a place to stay if you aren't planning on being in your room for extended times. I do wish there was laundry on site even if paid, but there is a laundromat not far away for that"

I had a small issue with the lock batteries to my door being dead when I first arrived, after sending a couple of messages in 30 minutes trying to get the issue resolved with no response, I called and was immediately helped. After that, I felt as though someone was there if needed. I was very happy with everything about my stay, the accommodations was a great fit for what I was in town for."

"Had a great stay in Isla’s suite! Vince was super accommodating, helpful, and even recommended local spots for us to check out. Would totally rebook next time I visit the Ballard area. The suite itself was perfect for me and my partner, it had all the things we needed and made our trip to Seattle go smoothly. As far as location, Ballard is a super accessible and nice area! We ended up using public transportation throughout the entire trip and the nearest bus stop left us about a block away from the suites. Overall, we were about a 30ish minute bus ride from the downtown area & 1hr 30min from SeaTac airport."
