"Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only things that could be improved are having to go across the street to get ice and no phone in the room. "

"Stayed in Seattle for the weekend, stayed at the Ballard Suites! We didn’t bring a car, but relied on public transportation. There was a bus stop near by that was super convenient! Yummy places to eat nearby!
Friendly and easy communication with Vince. Will most likely stay again if visiting Seattle! "
"Overall, we had a lovely stay. Check-in was a little rough since the only booking number we were provided didn’t work with the online check-in website. I would recommend trying the check-in link early, and be prepared to receive check-in information slightly after 3pm. Would stay here again!"
"No Air conditioning but lots of fans and we were glad to book a room with ensuite bathroom. Our corner room was wonderful! And withthe Farmer's Market right putside, what a great and lively street to enjoy!"
"Amazing. Simply put, this place is amazing! A beautiful home that has all the amenities and space you could possibly need, it’s very clear Payton has taken everything into consideration when designing this home. Payton was very communicative and helpful, the check in was easy, and we didn’t want for anything. The Ballard area was somewhere we hadn’t stayed before but we loved it and it was very easy to walk to lots of cool spots and still get into Seattle for activities. Lastly, this place was very affordable compared to places closer into the city and that was a major sticking point for us with two families involved. We would all 100% recommend staying here and this will be the number one place we try and book from now on any time we head to Seattle! "
Modern Townhome in Walkable Ballard - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with AC

"Brian’s place was spotlessly clean, easily walkable to all of the places in Ballard. Brian was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We loved the rooftop patio. "
