Outside your door are magical views of the river and mountains. You can relax, fish, hike, bike, swim, tube, kayak, ski, snow shoe, and more! We are located on a quiet dead end road where you can walk or bike for miles along the river. There are also two nearby lakes with beaches and boat rentals. The welcoming decor, gas woodstove, and modern amenities in this cabin, combined with the relaxing riverside location, stunning night skies, and an immature bald eagle in the river across from the cabin, made for an unforgettable week in the Adirondacks. A total home run. The cabin is easy to enjoy. It has an excellent kitchen, a very comfortable living room and three nice bedrooms. The decor is very cozy and warm, the propane stove heats up the interior almost immediately, and the view is beautiful. The deck is lined with Adirondack chairs and you could spend hours simply looking at the river (I did). The cabin is only minutes from the charming Village of Northville and Lake Sacandaga. One item of note is that the communication from the owner was also excellent. I will definitely be back. ##### Joseph D. For us the location was perfect. We look out on the raging Great Sacandaga River. In the mornings we take an hour and a half walk on the dirt road along the river seeing waterfalls and rarely encountering cars or pedestrians.
