The Outdoors & Lake: Magnolia Lake House boosts stunning views of Northwood Lake - a private residential lake. You will find several places to enjoy the outdoors at Magnolia. There is a roof-top balcony covered by a gazebo off of the upstairs master bedroom with sweeping views of the lake. The back patio walks out to an old-fashioned, wood-burning smoker grill - perfect for grilling up a feast for tailgating or a family reunion! Gather in the shade of the magnolia tree and swing with a tall glass of sweet tea or quite possibly a glass of wine. Walk on down to the lake and enjoy Alabama native trees and shrubbery to the newly constructed boat dock. No swimming is allowed in the lake, but boating is (no motor boats).
