"Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!"

"The cottage was perfect. It had comfortable beds and accommodated our group nicely. We enjoyed walking right on to the lake from the property and, to top it off, the sunsets were beautiful. Our host was very responsive to our questions and everything included in the listing was there."

"This is the best eqipped VRBO property we've ever had the pleasure of using. The location is private yet very convenient to local establishments.
