"7/13からハノイレガシーホテルを3泊と空港からのタクシー送迎を予約してましたが当日タクシーが送ってくれたのは系列の違うホテル！ホテルのフロントの男性に「私が予約したのはレガシーホテルです！」と言うと「レガシーホテルはつぶれた…。」との説明。到着したのが夜の12時だった事もあり仕方なく3泊する事に。3日間辛い思いをさせられました。経緯の説明と返金をお願いします！"

We only stayed for one night but I would really recommend this place as it is clean, tidy and super affordable. They were also generous with water which is a plus! "
