"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. "Værelset kunne ses forsøgt rengjort, men desværre ikke godt nok. Det samme gælder toiletter og bad. Der var ofte ingen vand i hverken håndvaske, toiletter eller bad. Men værst af alt var “sengene”. Madrasserne var sammensat af stenhårde hynder, og var ligesom at sove på jorden. Intet gardin på værelset og man kunne høre ALT ude fra gangen og toiletterne.
