"The lodge is away from town. You will need a car to get there. Make sure not to arrive on Sundays as all shops and supermarket are closed in town. Nowhere nearby sells food. Meals in-house are expensive. It's quite a unique experience staying there. A rendez-vous with Nature!"

"Can’t recommend this place more - the friendliest people, large room, bathroom is spotless, yoga room and communal spaces are lovely. Great location - easy walk to the reinebringen entrance, 1 minute walk to the bus stop."

"This is nice place to stay if you are a travel budget person. Bus station is 3 minutes away and it takes less than 5’ to central. Check google map and you will know when it comes. One thing is that they don’t take credit card on bus so make sure that you have small change for bus or buy bus ticket on the app. There is one market very close by. It has everything so you can buy food to cook or pre-cook already "

"Only stayed for a night, but this place had everything we needed. It is close to the ferry port to Lyngseidet. Host was friendly and spoke enough English to accommodate us with our non-existent Norwegian. Dinner was nice and reasonably-priced, and breakfast was plentiful. Only thing to be wary is that the restaurant was open only until 6pm, but this may have been due to it being low season."

"Place badly needs new curtains. In my three week trip in Norway this place had the lightest room at night easily. Curtains are white which fills the room with light closer to summer solstice. It’s an older house so I wasn’t expecting things to be perfect but that should be a super easy thing to upgrade/replace"

"This is a lovely, remote and charming restaurant with rooms above where we stayed (you can also rent cabins). The rooms on the floor above the restaurant are clean and comfortable but do not have en suite bathrooms. Shared bathrooms are down the hall. However, there is the convenience of being in the same building as the restaurant since there are so few eating establishments in the village. The location is beautiful, and it's convenient to the Moskenes ferry to Bodø. Restaurant dinner was very...

"For the price you pay we would expect a little bit more service and overall quality. The rooms are very simple and things in kitchen not working properly. The area is very remote and facilities poor compared to all the other places we stayed at around lofoten. "
