"Love the location and staff at this hotel. I stay here every time I am in London. However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."

"This place is exceptional in both service and over character of the place. Must be experienced. I lived here for 8 ½ months during the pandemic and was taken care of very WELL by the entire staff. Here I am 5 yrs later and the ambiance and caring remains in tact. Cant express my overall love of this place and the individuals who I keep this place running smoothly, thet are the true hearts and souls of this establishment. "Absolutely amazing experience. Clean and everything you need. Staff makes you feel safe. Was out late and there was a sketchy guy following me and yelling things at me. I made it to the hotel and let the staff know, they all stepped in without hesitation. Would highly recommend. Will be staying here if I ever come back to London."
