"Pros: Staff was really nice and helpful. It's located next to the elevator for the Arlanda Express and they allow luggage storage before check in. Self Check In was extremely easy to figure out and was quick. A single Con: The room was decent, but there is no A/C nor a fan, so the only air circulation and coolness we got was a single window that could open a few inches, which wasn't the best for someone like me who runs hot."
