"Really enjoyed our time at the Rex. The rooms have been nicely renovated and it was a quiet, comfortable stay. Hayden on the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Only challenge was the parking that could be scarce when the hotel is hosting a function or is full."

"When I checked in, the Indian-looking female staff member was not very helpful. I asked to move to a room a bit further from the elevator. The woman said the room was full and she couldn't do anything. She just asked me to check on the computer. If there wasn't any, that was fine. Her face was not smiling."
