The neighbourhood is part of the prestigious Spry Shore Road - Hobsons Harbour community, home to the Peninsula's well healed, featuring large estate lots of over 1 acre each. The community is very welcoming. Enjoy every minute of nature, including the private Hobsons Harbour Drive, recognized a provincial 'Scenic Route'. A quick drive with have land in the cute town of Lion's Head, home to the White Bluffs and Lion's Head Lookout Bruce Trail trailheads. Be careful with your speed, this is a family oriented community. We highly recommend a walk along Hobsons Harbour Drive to the dead end, or a boat tour along the coastline at sunset. Although the house has private lake access, there are also one popular public accesses that are each a few kilometres away. If you feel like a little different scenery while swimming - it is only steps away. There is also a sandy beach within about 15 minute drive. Staying at the place in person is way better than the photo. The lake is so shallow and water is calm in this area which is great for our smaller kids because they can venture out very far. The quiet, comfortable sleeping quarters, accommodated multiple families. The lower level TV and workout space, outdoor fire pit and deck and Lion's Head trails and groceries close by gave us lots of great options. The check in was at 4pm and cleaning team arrive at 3h30 and left at 4h10pm. The place was still very dirty when they left. They even didn’t change the sheet of my bed. I had to clean the whole place by myself. I wrote to the manager about that and he never answered me back. Beautiful place, and incredible view but the place was so dirty and smell mold everywhere that I do not recommend this place. ##### Genevieve S.
