"The room was very clean. Had a restful night sleep. The front desk staff were excellent on checking us in. There were three in our party checking in to separate rooms and they were fantastic on checking us in. I understand this is an older property, but the parking lot is a little cramped."

"It was a very nice hotel room. The pool was also nice. Right downtown so easy to walk around even though there isn’t much happening. The only thing I would warn people about is if you are sharing the room there is a glass wall separating the bathroom and sleeping area. The glass wall does turn opaque once the bathroom door is closed but occasionally when inside the door will come ajar and all the privacy is gone. There is also free secure parking across the street provided which was really nice as well."

"I’ve past this hotel a few times both north & south bond. Always picked a different hotel. Based on price alone. That was the dumbest move ever. This hotel is worth the few dollars more in every way. It’s spotless, very very quiet, very safe, super nice staff, and a well rounded breakfast. When I’m in Fort Nelson this is the only place I will stay. I promise."

"My room was nicely presented and clean. The bed was softer than expected but plenty comfortable. The hot tub was useful for relaxing the muscles after the drive. Some upgrades and modernization would be awesome as there are no usb ports. I spoke with one of the cleaning staff in the morning and she asked if I needed anything and to just ask if I did. I like that touch."

"The room was a little cramped, Shower supplies, conditioner need replenishing but never attended to while we were there although I mentioned it a couple of time to the staff. Very popular place though. Price was right for our two night stay"
