"Air-conditioning is almost non-existent, customer service very bad, very bad English skills. Wifi not working and no interest to fix or compensate. We complained about the AC and they asked us to wait in the room, until they fix us a new one. Nobody came, after two calls to the reception, nothing. "Anka City is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. It is close enough to the major sites to take a taxi, but I suggest having a car.
