"The hotel was nice. Service was good and breakfast was great. A little frustrated there was no coffee maker in the room. A little frustrated that we couldn't use our free coconut water pass at the pool and only downstairs in the lobby. A little frustrated that they weren't a couple of bottled waters in the room. Perhaps these are amenities that us Americans have become accustomed to. In my line and thinking though, you don't charge people for water at the pool. Water is essential and there should be something provided that people can get plastic cups off to stay hydrated. I don't know though, good hotel and a nice day."
