9.2/10 Wonderful! (749 reviews)
Everything was quite satisfactory, except for one issue: the mini-fridge in the room was at room temperature, which spoiled the food I had left in it overnight.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Gaia Made It Unforgettable!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location could not have been better for getting around.
The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with fantastic local recommendations. A very special mention goes to Gaia, who was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, and we cannot thank her enough for all her help and genuine hospitality.
We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

7.8/10 Good! (1,003 reviews)
"You get what you pay for, but regardless, not a great hotel stay overall. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and the a/c barely puts out any air- so with average temps of mid 80s to 90s with high humidity, you don’t get great sleep. Also, rooms are far smaller than pictures make them seem so truly hard ..."

"Outstanding location near the waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui and MTR stops so easy to get around either walking or on public transport. Near lively neighborhoods with restaurants and shops. Just steps away from the waterfront promenade for nice safe walking even at night. Room was very clean although ..."
