Beautiful quiet private East Dennis home for rent - Sleeps 12.
Young, like new ''million dollar'' 3500 sq. ft. colonial style home in a quiet, private hillside setting set back from Route 6A in the very sought after area of East Dennis. Water views of Cape Cod Bay and Northside Marina. One mile to the nearby 18 hole golf course, Northside Marina, boat ramps, beaches & conservation lands in nearby Quivet Neck. Just a short walk to the store, the local pub and restaurants.
Cable televisions in almost every room, computer with high speed Internet, fax machine, BBQ grill, 2 Jacuzzis (one in, one out), 2 fireplaces,fire pit outside,basketball court in driveway, outside shower, full kitchen with granite counter tops and quality appliances, linens included and caretaker in a separate building on property. All the amenities an executive would need and more.
We have two families that have come every summer for the past five years, staying for three weeks at a time, and they love it!
